BRM Therapy
Developed by Kunio Yoshida, BRM Therapy is a Japanese manual technique that uses light touch to simultaneously address multiple physiological systems and release restrictions across the body. By leveraging intrinsic physiological rhythms, the therapy stimulates neurosensory functions to facilitate self-correction and restore the body's optimal balance.
Visceral Manipulation
Visceral Manipulation is a gentle manual therapy that addresses pain and dysfunction by identifying and releasing restrictions and unhealthy compensation patterns within the internal organs. By restoring natural motion to the viscera, this technique enhances the body’s innate ability to adapt and return to a state of optimal health.
CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, light-touch method that alleviates pain and dysfunction by releasing deep-seated tensions and restrictions within the central nervous system. By optimizing nervous system performance, it naturally reduces stress and boosts overall health and disease resistance for individuals of all ages.
Techniques Used
I use BRM Therapy as a primary modality in combination with CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Neuromuscular Therapy and soft tissue manipulation to create a tailor-made treatment session for the individual needs of each client.
